Our portable valve grinding and lapping machines are capable of performing on site maintenance for butt-welded valves, with sizes up to 24”. For most other valves, our stationary machines and testing platform are more than sufficient for maintenance and complete overhaul. Metal Coating (ARC Spraying)- We use the best methods and materials as per the international standards and customer requirements. Our specialty includes refurbishment of turbine and pump shafts and other rotary equipment. Machining and straightening is done after the metal spraying. Lapping of Valves and Mechanical Seals- Our lapping machines cover a vast array of sizes and types of compressor valves, line valves as well as mechanical seals. Maintenance and Repair of Rotary Equipment- Our highly skilled technicians are specially trained for just such complete overhauling of rotary equipment, such as pumps and compressors. Other Specialized Activities- Other activities include specialty welding and rebabbiting of bearings, cylindrical grinding and maintenance and repair of flow metering systems. top |
